A bold ambition
In 2012, through Spar International and Alibaba, I was introduced to Simon Tan in China. Our mission was clear: improve the fruit and vegetable supply chain. At the time, packaging was a chaotic mix, with little to no reuse. Together, we set out to reduce costs and safeguard the quality of fresh produce, where waste levels were often alarmingly high.
With the conviction that things can always be improved and with the support of our partners the foldable, reusable crate was born. Today, this innovation is used by countless companies across China.
From day one, our direction was clear: not watching from the sidelines, but working shoulder to shoulder with entrepreneurs to drive growth and success.
